can you recommend me some tool to transform mpc, ape, ogg and others to mp3 format
i know that this is not very good idea but my dvd player can play only mp3

You can use dBpowerAMP for transcoding, but I suggest re-ripping from the original Audio CD.

foobar2000 with foo_lame (or foo_clienc) does an excellent job at transcoding (preserving all tags etc.).

Personally I'd use foobar but frontah does the job too.
