Hi, can anyone suggest me some free tool which would allow me to perform highpass filtering on some wavs?

I tried it with "highp 15800" and "highpass 15800" parameters, but it seems to leave some signal on lower frequencies, it's also visible on spectrograms. Is it possible to totally cut lower frequencies, so they are black on spectrograms and non-existant?

...nevermind, I used the "filter 15800-0" parameter and it's ok now.
