i would like to know if anyone had information about from where i can download the audio codec # 6771 needed for a reelshort that i downloaded from e-donkey ( Invocation of my demon brother, by kenneth anger ).

Audio codec id 0x6771 shows up as "Ogg Vorbis 3+" in my lookup table.

Nice ... somebody was obviously putting Ogg Vorbis into WAV, using the old Vorbis ACM codec. Great idea....
