Second machine is a P2-500MHz, 128MB RAM, w98.

Can't get it to playback .OGG files without skipping/stuttering. CPU useage is somewher e in the 10% range, but playback runs terrible. Playing MP3, MPG, DivX and so is no problem for this oldie, only the OGG players seem to skip.

The same files play just fine in the 1333 t-bird machine.

I'd guess the decoding buffers of the programs I tried (OggDropXP and a few I don't recall the names) are just too small.
