Hi, I really enjoy using foobar. However, one thing I would love to see on it, is being able to format how the search shows the entries.

I'm using upNorth's Dynamic formatting string, and so when I use the Playlist search, it will show up the tracks with the formatting strings.

It would be nice to be able to customize it to something like: %artist% - %title%

Thanks!

Check it: http://www.foobar2000.org/foo_search_ex.zip

Then choose components -> extended search.

it doesn't pop up when foobar is minimized (pressing hotkey) sad.gif

Did you made a shortcut for this component global?

Preferences -> Core -> Keyboard shortcuts. Then choose Components/ Extended Search, press a key, make it global and hit add. wink.gif

Assign a global hotkey to it. If it still doesn't pop up then maybe it's showing up, but just beneath some windows.

Yeah, it was global, but it was under some window. Anyway to make it have an always on top?
