Full Version: Formatting NTFS with custom cluster size

I've been searching for a way to format a hard disk with custom cluster size outside of the disk management console and haven't been able to find anything.
Disk management allows the user to choose 512bytes to 64 Kb. However if formatting a laptop or a hard disk with no XP/2K machine available to format with, the OS defaults to 4Kb, when i'd rather use 32 or 64. Is there any program that can run off a bootable floppy or cd that will do this? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

PartitionMagic has a special DOS version which boots off a floppy.
