little idea: a new thread for streaming..

i was just thinking it would be a nice addition to this forum since a lot of people would here are so keen on getting good audio quality results from low bitrates..

and with all this wasted bandwidth, who doesn't want to dabble in radio dj-ing for a bit? biggrin.gif

but seriously... it would fit in nicely, don't you think?

It was really pain in my bu** when I have to stream WMA for those dummies that whining when I stream HE-AAC ph34r.gif

Well, not necessarily for the users who want to listen, but mostly for the station/encoders.. A lot of these codecs might be great for just normal encoding, but are they practical to use when streaming?

i've had some strange results streaming in VBR, etc.. Could be worth some discussing..
