The last time I checked mkv was not able to support mpc audio files.

Does anyone know if this has changed yet?

Can i mux an XviD video file and an mpc Audio file into the mkv container format?

If it can be done, can it be played back on Media Player Classic ?

AFAIK there's no MPC -> MKA muxer at the moment.

I have read it in another post that matroska will support musepack SV8 and later versions only.

We are hoping that Frank finds the time to make an SV7 to SV 7.5 converter first, so we dont have to wait for SV8 .....
