I have a question How is it that when surfing outside Canada and USA You can not follow the links. For instance Yahoo fill take you to a site then you can not follow a link from that page. So what's happening.

An other question some site say that you need a www browser or XMosaic browser. I do not know if I am making any sense. Really it seems hard surf sites in Europe.
