Interesting and maybe even true. Anyone can publish a book. That words appear on paper does not make them to be true. I am not defending the RIAA, MCA or anybody. I am just cautioning against assuming that these articles are the absolute truth. I am sure that they have some degree of truth. But they reflect the authors' biases, too.

That there is a "mob" and that it is involved in much of what we do on a daily basis is not news, however. I am only questioning the degree it is involved in what we call "legitimate" businesses.

This is not the same as saying I know the degree of involvement.
