Can EAC create a folder for the "Group" and within that create the "Album Name" and rip the files to the correct folders like CDex does?

Hm, this is asked a lot lately... sure it can. Try this naming scheme:

CODE
%D\%C (%Y)\%N %A - %T
Florian
Yes. Enter something like %A - %C\%A - %C - %N - %T at EAC Options, Filename.

Thanks! Thats just what I needed!
Is there a site that would help me understand the different command line parimaters? Also..I've noticed that all my incodings are variable bit rates, they are high ones, but still variable. Is there a way to make it a fixed bit rate?

You mean the naming scheme parameters? It's explained in EAC, see screenshot.

Constant bitrate is inferior to variable bitrate in MP3. The setting "--alt-preset standard" is recommended. Read this thread.

I meant the Encoder command line parimaters that change prefernces for the encoding such as "--abr 128 -h --nspsytune --athtype 2 --lowpass 16 --ns-bass -8 --scale 0.93" I don't know what all these do. Is there a site that explains all the variables? Thanks Again!

It's not so relevant what they mean, you should go by the recommendations in the thread i mentioned. The settings there can't be improved with additional switches anyway.
