Short answer missing the details: We've been screwed by Network Solutions, who have unilaterally revoked vorbis.com from us without notice and have the domain name locked. They're deleted the domain entry from our account and removed it from the root servers. 

Their own database says the domain is registered and paid until 2004, but their *billing* computer can't find the payment, so they just yanked it. <bleep> 

Needless to say, we're practically screaming at them right now and we're a step or two short of sending in the lawyers.
