A while ago (year+) I mentioned trying to find some kind of "global" eq that would work kinda like windows mixer for those of us that don't have the option of eq or at least bass and treble in the mixer.

I've tried RT EQ which just didn't work. Wondering if anybody knows of anything else. Or something that would allow the use dx plugs or something. So I could add my Waves eq or Shibatch SuperEQ

Just an idea for those with old soundcards that still cut it.
