I know i'm probably gonna get flamed, I know I could search but I'm kinda in a rush here. I'm looking for the cheapest, decent quality USB device that has RCA inputs and records at at least 44.1/16?

Thanks

There was a post in this thread mentioning a site with lots of USB audio devices, I think that should help you out: http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index....howtopic=16393&

I have the Edirol UA-3. I think it's the 3, anyway it's been discontinued but I found mine on ebay and won it for $99. It's very nice and simple, has USB, RCA inputs/outputs, and even 1/4" guitar and mic inputs for recording. I believe the UA-5 is a bit more money and has some surround features but I don't need those.

Anyway I'm very happy with the UA-3 and can recommend it. It plays my computer files on my stereo in the next room, as well as records my vinyl and tapes on to the computer, all without having to have both my stereo and computer in one (tiny) room. Watch that your cables don't run too long though. Use 10 ft of USB and then the shortest RCA that you can get away with.

When I record in SoundForge and CoolEdit, I am able to select 44.1/16bit/stereo as my record mode.
