I am trying to decompress an Mp3 to a .Wav in EAC so I can play the speech on my Stereo but when I decompress it. Martin Luther King sounds like a chipmunk

How can I fix this?

What are you using to decompress the MP3 file? FOOBAR2000 can do this job well, BTW.

Is that mp3 a 48kHz file?
