How do you do such nice diagrams for your results? and the results itself?

Thank you.

Out of curiosity, are those good or bad results for the Plextor drive? (They seem to be different from Andre Weithoff's results.) I own this drive and use it for all extraction using EAC with C2 correction enabled.

Keep in mind the we have different reference files & test CD's so results may vary. With that said I personally think the results I got are rather low & I don't think they coincide with Andre's test results for this drive, I know JeanLuc has access to the same drive & has made a test CD so he may be willing to provide results for this drive.

The firmware revision could also be the cause of the differences, I had firmware 1.04 flashed on my drive.

i just gave a quick read on the page you mentioned and this test show how good error correction of the drive itself is right? but does it make any difference when you're ripping non-corrupted cds?

The better the drive performs the less probability of errors just as with EAC's secure mode & a clean CD does the same.
