Can someone please advise me on how to encode with EAC and Nero whole CD of many songs into single he-aac file and cue-sheet so that in foobar it will open as selectable songs??

Sorry, I forget to add that I do not care about tags, just songs should be separated in foobar window when cuesheet is opened, songs dont need to be taggad.

-in EAC, select all tracks of the CD and do "action->copy range"

-the resulting large .wav file is to compressed by the Nero encoder

-open the .cue file and change the filename in there from "cdimage.wav" to "cdimage.mp4"

-load .cue with foobar and pray it works with large mp3, I'm pretty sure with mp4 also
