I want to share one file (LEGAL!) but I need good public torrent tracker. Anyone knows one?

Azureus includes tracker also. I don't know how good it is, but it's good for making torrents and downloading/sharing them.

There is no need to set up a tracker yourself.

You can just use a public one as I think cobra wanted.
I know some but I don't know if I'm supose to give it out for everybody to use.

I created a small and convenient installer of the official python tracker (bttrack.py) py2exe-ified and ready to run.
