I'm new here and i have a problem with stricmp_utf8 wich is not foundable by Foobar. When I put the foo_osd.dll component I have this message "Failed to load DLL: foo_osd.dll, reason: Unable to load dll."

Can you help me?

Sounds like you have downloaded a version of foo_osd that is already compiled for use with fb2k 0.8.

Thank you for your reply but I have foo_osd 1.28 this version is for fb2k 0.7.

I think it'a problem with dll.... bur I don'tknow what to do...

When did you download your copy of foo_osd? According to kode54's website, version 1.28 was compiled on 2004-02-02 (yesterday) for fb2k 0.8b3.

Well, you can already use the beta. Or you can try to find an older version of foo_osd. If there's none on the 'net, perhaps someone can send it to you.
