I am looking for a quality wma encoder, and also wondering what settings would give quality roughly equal to Vorbis GT3B1 -q5
any ideas? or links I can go to and read more about it? I couldn't find anything here on this exact subject, I'll keep searching though. Any help would be appreciated.
