The latest release of foo_id3v2 causes an error message at foobar startup.

"foobar2000.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point stricmp_utf8 could not be located in the dynamic link library utf8api.dll"

Version 1.12 was just fine.
I assume the latest version is compiled for the 0.8 release of foobar.
If it can't be fixed letting the plugin working for both 0.7.7b and 0.8 wouldn't it be a good idea to release two versions of foo_id3v2 as long as the 0.8 release of foobar isn't final yet? (version 1.12 isn't available anymore)

In the meanwhile, does anyone have version 1.12 of the foo_id3v2 plugin still available?
