I get the following error message about 36 seconds into the song when I playback a file encoded in Nero AAC Normal::High setting.

I'm using foobar2000 v0.8 beta 6 Special version with the latest foo_nero plugin from ca5e's website and Nero AAC Codec 2.6.1.9.

The song that gives the error is Nightlife, the 5th track of Amon Tobin's Permutation album. The source is a lossless version of the file.

The error only occurs with Normal::High when I transcode with Replaygain on. It also doesn't occur with the Streaming::Medium and Extreme::High. During transcoding, changing the bit depth and including/excluding dither doesn't prevent the error.
