Since the history says:

"best huffman divide in the inner loop. This should improve the quality, but PAINFULLY slow. So it is not enabled by default. Use -q 0 to use it. "

I wonder if the -q 0 option can now be safely used with LAME 3.95.1. The bitrate is slightly higher, but the quality IS better imho o_O (preset 128 tested)

Can't wait to see more tests for 3.95.1. I'm still not sure if I should use it, or 3.90.3, which is more tested with the presets.
