Hey guys! I didn't know where else to go so I thought here would be my best bet. I really need a new monitor for around £80 or less but I don't have a clue what I 'm doing. I need one that will go down to 50hz @ 640x480. I'd really like a 17" one too. That's really all I need. Of course I'd like one that can do high refresh rates @ ~1024x768. Maybe 80hz or above. I looked on Dabs.co.uk but they don't really tell me that I need to know... I just want a good quality monitor that can do the things I listed. If anyone can help me at all I'd really appreciate it. I really am a novice at the monitor game, the sheer selection scared me.

I really have no ideo about British prices, but I can tell some good monitors. The Samsung 753DFX is an excellent 17" flat screen. Most Mitsubishi monitors are also pretty good.
