Note that lame 395.1 runs almost as fast without the fast setting as 390.3 does with the fast setting.

The modified extreme dll not good enough? I'll do one later that only encoded to fast extreme.

I've added two new dlls to the 3.90.3 list at Rarewares; they encode to FAST STANDARD and FAST EXTREME only.
