Hi !
I have thousands of mp3s ...but nearly all
their tags is a real mess.
I need to retag them using an online database.
In order to do this , i've tried the godfather...but I'm a tagging newbie.
It seems that it can only look for one file
at a time in the online database ? Is there an option
to select multiple files , look for their online tag, and tag them all with
one click ? I mean, if I have to do it manually
for each file, I'm gonna spend a thousand years !
Is there a program on earth which can do that ?

thanks
spase
if they are grouped as seperate CDs, foobar2000's freedb component can help with that easily.
mrbruno
no, they are not organized as CDs. They are in big folders (with
something like 1000 MP3 in each folder). They're all messed up
(a lot of different artists, genre, etc)

MUSICMATCH Jukebox Plus (USD 20) has this feature, AFAIK.

maybe the Musicbrainz tagger can help?
mrbruno
Hey ! I've tried Music Brains and it seems to be EXACTLY what I need !

Thanks a lot YinYang !!!

I prefer MoodLogic over Musicbrainz Tagger. I found it to be more accurate, stable, extensive & easier to use. MoodLogic's database is more than twice as big.
