Does any such decoder exist? i am searching my arse off but i couldnt find any , although i found two decoders with direct sound SSRC and Waveout SSRC but i am desperately searching for kernel streaming + SSRC. If you find one , please give me a link.
Thanks very much in advance.

IIRC there are winamp output plugins that use SSRC for resampling, but I don't know of any Kernel streaming or Asio one - You might want to ask your question at head-fi, lots of 'quality-aware' people there who might know.

Another (quite retarded) sollution for your problem:

- Install NTONYX virtual audio cable
- use it to route winamp output to fb2k input (foo_record.dll needed IIRC or similar)
- use fb2k's SSRC + kernel streaming

This Winamp output plugin supports ASIO, and I think it also supports SSRC (I don't use Winamp so I can't say for sure). But of course you need an ASIO-compatible sound card to be able to use it. Otherwise, you may have some luck with ASIO4ALL.

Note that I personally never tried this, I only happened to "bump into" this info a little while ago.
