I was plesently suprised with beta 1, as it was able to deliver gapless stream to my receiver (which is connected digitally) and this way the sound didn't suffer from small gaps between tracks, which caused my receiver to often lose the first beat...

Now I upgraded to beta 8 and the gaps are back sad.gif

So... would you have a copy of beta 1 handy, or maybe able to get this feature back to beta 9?

Skip Silence or gap killer do not help.

hm .. i don't hear any gaps.

did you get the 'special' pack?

if not grab it - it comes with 2 great plugins; Skip Silence and Gap Killer.
enable them both, set the gap killer to allow 10ms max, skip silence to skip 1000ms minimum @ 42dB, and all should be gravy again cool.gif

You shouldn't use gapkiller on gapless MP3s (basically anything encoded with LAME 3.90 or newer) since the files are already gapless. The best it could do is nothing, the worst is add a gap or skip.

If someone would still have the beta 1, I'd really like to have it, as this beta 8 just doesn't cut it. crying.gif

[EDIT] Fixed it... it was actually a feature in ASIO plug-in. Enabling direct monitoring was the solution.
