I am using MPC 1.15r and I whish to add the -xlevel switch to its command line when encoding using foobar 0.7.7

How should I do this ?

You can use mpc encoder:

Xlevel switch is hardcoded in foo_mpcenc.

And you can use CLI encoder:
http://www.saunalahti.fi/cse/foobar2000/foo_clienc.zip

Just choose Musepack in Preset dialog and there should be xlevel switch in commandline.

Ach, and in both cases you'll need define path to mppenc.exe.
