Bug: Replaygaining Sidtune(s) without playing one first leads to a crash.
(foo_sid problem maybe and not foobar?)

WinXP SP1 & Foobar v0.8b8 (foo_sid v1.11)

v1.12 uploaded.

Undid SLDB changes from v1.11, they only gave the illusion of faster loading and led to heap corruption.
