Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to add mpc support for a Linux Live CD. I know that there is an existing plugin for xmms but is it possible to add it to the iso before burning it? The distributions that I look into till now is Knoppix and Slax.
Thanks
Just mount the ISO and install the plugin there.

the MediaLinux guys are looking into using a lot of the RareWares packages to include in their next MediaLinux2 release
MediaLinux = a Multimedia LiveCD based on Knoppix
http://www.distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=medialinuxthis will include - most probably - all the xmms packages, and all the legal (read= "not gonna get sued") packages from rarewares
...it is a really new project from what i gather from contacts with the main developer

It seemed that Knoppix didn't include support. I think it should, I will write Knoppix developer, please do so also, if you use Knoppix. But, it also didn't have videolan/mplayer bundled in 3.3, so there.
