Full Version: Which way it better for converting to mp4?

In foobar, there're two different ways for converting a track to mp4/aac format. One is using "Convert->Run conversion" and set the output format to AAC, the other is using "MP4 Utilities->Convert to MP4".
I wonder is there any difference between them. Do they use the same encoder? If not, which is better? I just have to time to do blind tests.

Uhmmm... "MP4 Utilities->Convert to MP4" just puts the audio file in
an mp4 container. No encoding involved IIRC.
