I had a message from Martin Pesch (1by1 Player & mp3DirectCut creator), I'm asking this question on his behalf:

Hi Dee,

the only mad i knew was the tested one. Every time I looked on the mad homepage the same version appeared. Maybe its now developed somewhere else. At the moment I haven't time to improve the plugin support. What is the newest mad version
and do you know where it's hosted?

The current version is 0.15.0b.

1by1 is using Winamp plug-in. Latest plug-in is still based on 0.14b. MADPLAY (CLI decoder) is the only application based on 0.15 library.

The bundle at Rarewares is based on 0.15.0b libs, including the Winamp plugin.
