is there one? Razor lame is great, but no auto-tagging in there. I'm starting a 3.95.1 VBR ripping frenzy and I want to use a front end to compress while i sleep, and rip while i'm awake

AFAIK there is no frontend for lame with integrated usefull tagging support.
what you could do is either use lamebatch, where you can assign id3-tags manually for each song via the frontend, or use one of the exelent free tag-programms around, e.g. tag. it realy doesn't take that long with taht, even with a whole lot of ripped cds.

Speek's All2Lame perhaps. This is a frontend for Lame and Tag.

Read the post and thread at the above link. This is working out great for me - EAC has the ability to queue all your compression tasks, meaning you can rip CD after CD and EAC will keep track of where the wav files are and how they should be encoded and tagged (provided you have the encoding and tagging set up correctly). When you're done ripping and ready to do all the encoding and tagging, just go to the "Compression Queue Control Center" and uncheck the "Make all compression tasks sleep" checkbox.
