Any advice for getting foobar to work smoothly under litestep? I get weird things such as this: Say I select several folders in and "Enqueue in Foobar2000." Some of them will be added to the playlist in the open foobar window, like expected, but a new instance of foobar will open and the rest will be added there. And to further confuse things, depending on which instance I leave open, my global hotkeys may or may not work. It seems to be a dde issue, right? But I haven't been able to find any information on how to set it up right. Any help is appreciated.

While this probably isn't any help to your situation, I'm currently running foobar under LiteStep just fine, never had any problems with it.

What OS are you using? Also, what version of LiteStep are you using, and what modules do you have loaded?

hm
i seem to remember getting these problems with older builds of foobar2k / litestep.

i'm using foobar2000 v0.8 beta 10 and litestep 24.7 rc1 though, without any problems.

you might want to play with your hotkeys. are you using fb2k defined globals, or a litestep module for these?

i find a litestep hotkey module, with entries like
CODE
*hotkey Win [ !execute ["E:\Program Files\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" /prev]
*hotkey Win ] !execute ["E:\Program Files\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" /next]
*hotkey Win : !execute ["E:\Program Files\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" /play]
*hotkey Win / !execute ["E:\Program Files\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" /playpause]
*hotkey CTRL+SHIFT+ALT : ["E:\Program Files\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" /stop]

I appreciate the advice. But there were just too many things that started acting . . . weird this time with litestep. I've since dumped it (again!) and am looking at other shells. I can't remember why I quit using geoshell, I might go back to that.
