I tot ASIO latency is supposed to be very low.
How come my foobar status is like this.
Using ASIO output pluggy
What is the size of your output buffer?
Output latency can't be lower than that.
What are the common setting you all used?
Is the latency normal?
And what is your exact problem again ?
I suggest that you report that directly to the asio plugin author.

Why did you increase buffersize to max?
Default is 7.
What I was trying to ask is that is the output latency normal for ppl using ASIO pluggy.
ASIO is supposed to have a latency of 5 - 25 ms.

I put to 5 it still is 200ms

It means hardware latency.
"Output latancy" which foobar shows is ASIO plugin latancy (buffersize).
I get 50ms "Output latency" with buffersize 0 in 32bit/96KHz.

what ur system spec...
I off my buffer to 0 still 200+ Audigy2 zs
"Output latancy" depends only on ASIO plugin buffersize and a output data format (bitdepth and samplerate).
16 bit sampled to 48k Buffer 0
It probably also depends on your ASIO driver and its settings.
And gee, why the hell do you need low latency from an audio player? :B

Buffer size in the asio output plugin seems to actually be a number of windows asio buffers to use. Which means that if your windows asio buffer size is set to 256 samples (5 ms @ 44.1kHz) and the asio plugin buffer size is set to 7, you get a total buffersize of 7x256 = 1792 (40 ms @ 44.1khz). I am however not sure how to manually adjust windows asio buffer sizes on audigy2 cards. Maybe there exists a 3rd party program.
