Would it be possible / straightforward to add a 'repeat album' option to the playback order dropdown? Basically I'd like to be able to have the songs in one specific album repeat despite being in a playlist containing other songs / albums. Would save creating a new playlist every time I want to listen to a single album smile.gif

To all concerned / involved great job with the player so far. I'm very happy to have found an easy powerful alternative to winamp biggrin.gif

Thanks,

You could try out foo_shuffle, with +album as the "tag set", and playback order set to "Shuffle tag set".

I gave that a try but the results really aren't any different than choosing Shuffle Album. The tracks in the album are played in random order and once they're all played through it skips to a new album.

Oh.

Have you tried minimizing the size of the history? That will make it play randomly in the same album, I think.

He wants the album songs to repeat in the original order, so if he uses a big playlist with many songs, he doesn't have to create a new palylist with just the album songs and repeat that list. rolleyes.gif

sounds nice, dunno how often I'd use it but I'd appreciate it.

i think it would be a usefull feature, but, its just too easy to use musicmusics' 'send to playlist' with a hotkey. select your album, press a button, enjoy.
