If anyone uses Opera, they can attest to the usefulness of being able to scroll through multiple windows using only the right-mouse-click and the scrollwheel. When you hold right click and move the scroll wheel a small window appears and allows you to select any window open inside of opera. I'd like to see somethign similar in foobar, maybe where if you hold right-click and move the mousewheel it switches playlists.
