AFAIK, that one only plotted the bitrate versus time. What I like about encspot is the other info that it shows like proportion of long blocks to short, intensity stereo and mixed, bitrate histograms, etc.

With the Vorbis one, detecting block size on a frame by frame basis should be easy, as well as bitrate histograms. As for measuring point stereo to lossless stereo, I guess you could approximate that by counting the number of samples which have zero angle.
