Hi,
I need to create 4.3GB ISO files and burn them to DVD-Rs. I need a tool that can compile ordinary files on a hard-drive into an ISO image for DVD-Rs. There are many tools that can do this for a CD-R (like UltraISO and WinISO) but is there one for DVDs? Please let me know. Thanks.

Try UltraISO http://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso

This software claims to be able to create iso image up to 10GB using any files.

You may also try "burnatonce" (freeware, frontend for mkisofs).
You'll find it at www.burnatonce.com
