i was wondering if there's an option of controlling (play,stop,next,prev) foobar from other program. i mean using some 3rd party command line program or using DDE. i thought about DDE but i don't know how to use that.

AFAIK Samurize comes with a plugin for foobar2000, just Add Meter > Media > Add Foobar. You can also show visualization from foobar.

yes, but I want to control fb2k. now i can only view data of currently played songs.

Run "foobar2000 /?" from the command line to get a list of some of the available command line options.
