this is probably a bit of a "use the search" kind of question, but i've looked absolutely everywhere i can for the sample offset for my Ricoh mp7163a, and i've drawn a blank.

to make matters more frustrating, out of all my CDs (there's a lot of them), most were either:

a) not in the EAC offset database
b) if it was in the database, it was not the right pressing

i found 4 CDs that were the correct pressings (well, EAC didn't throw an error, but the pressing numbers were indeed different. i think most CDs available in australia are pressed here), but they didn't give consistent results! i had +8475 for 1 disc, -23 for another... you get the idea.

i've checked databases of drive offsets, and either they were offline, or didn't have my drive.

does anybody have a credible suggestion for finding the offset of this drive?

Did you try AccurateRip to get your offset? You can add it to the new version of EAC and their KeyDisc database is larger than the EAC database.
