I just updated to the .8.1 beta and, upon doing so, all of my title formating settings were set back to the default, along with window position settings. It did continue other options, like playing at startup and most other options. The problem is that I like to really edit the title formating, so having to redo them all is just a pain.

The short of it is-- how do I save my title formating/window settings? Should I backup foobar2000.cfg or what? I realize that the new beta might interpret the settings differently, but I just want to know how to back-up my settings incase this happened again? I went back to the stable .8 and will stick with that, but I tried copying over the foobar2000.cfg with one I had saved when I first got .8 and that didn't return my settings, so where are they stored or is something wiggy? For now I guess I'll save all my title settings in a separate text file and import them incase this happens again.

Maybe you enabled/ disabled option: enable user profile support?

BTW you can save your config strings just copying somewhere foobar2000.cfg or copying strings to the text file.
