How I can make id3v2.4 UTF-8 support in Foobar2k?
I saw utf-16 only with ID3v2.3.

foobar2000's id3v2 component only writes version 2.3 tags, since hardly anything can understand version 2.4.
Why do you need utf-8 anyway?

So, there no ID3v2.4 support in Foobar2k? and will not in the near future?..

It can read 2.4 tags, but it does not write 2.4 tags.
I doubt I can force anyone to support 2.4 tags, just like we have not really forced any developers to support APE tags on MP3 files. All I would be doing is breaking compatibility.
