With the N-Gage (and also 3300, IIRC) you can use AAC and AMR as ringtones

As far as MP3 decoding capabilities goes, there are several other phones that can do that. I know Sony Ericsson have a few models, and other vendors sure have too. Only problem is that the memory usually is rather small, and that playing MP3:s probabaly drains the batteries(?)
