step to reproduce

disable tag updating
load cue
rg scan
enable tag updating
rewrite tag
disable tag updating
reload info from file
file info (rg info is there)
play
file info (rg info is gone, and it's not applied)

btw, is there any plan to add an option to disable file modification tracking?
