I ripped a track off of my seether cd, burned it, and ripped the copy. Then i compared the wavs, and the copy had 588 repeated samples, so i set the read sample offset to +588 and repeated the test. Now there are no repeated samples, but the original rip is 0:00:00.013 longer. What is going on? What else do i need to correct? Forgive me for posting on such a widely discussed topic, but i have just been confused on the other topics, but i have looked and attempted to understand .
