ok,no let's say this world is a better place than it was yesterday;then sourceforge does some work on it...but wait it can't..it'll input that silly gnu statement of providing the complete code and corporations will loose their interest.....etc.

anyway,it seems to me that they are just grouping important patents together,and(sure enough) they'll license those as a package(but not for free)
