If you know anything about deadlifts or squats, please critique my form. I am a beginner (started last December).

Deadlifts are at 245 pounds and squats are at 135. I'm on a long beginner deadlift cycle, so the squat weight is comparatively light because it's pretty much of an afterthought in my workouts.
