Hello. i am very interested in mpc development,
so am asking if there is any w32 binarys made from the
SV8 source anywhere, for the sake of testing it out.

IIRC there should be a fb2k encoding plugin for this experimental SV8 encoder, but i am sorry i cant tell you anyhting about its status right now. Frank is working on SV 7.5 right now, and we hope that soon we will have the chance to release complete binaries based on libmpc , based on his work ....
